
Dr. Anna Marie Pratas was born and raised in the panhandle of Texas.
She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin before attending Texas A&M to pursue her DVM. After graduation, she moved to Arizona and completed a one-year intensive internship focused on emergency medicine and critical care.
She brings her passion for emergency medicine to San Tan Animal Hospital as an urgent care veterinarian.
She is owned by three cats (Nym, Hamilton, and Glitch) and a dog (Bobby). Outside of the hospital, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and travel.
